I think most people have seen that
Windows Live Writer was released. It's a pretty solid editor for your blog. It was extremely easy to setup. It supports an
SDK and an Add-In model.
You have the ability to save drafts of posts and recall previous posts that have been published (shown below).
It supports pasting of pictures from from the clipboard and then the support for modifying them is pretty cool. Settings for size, alignment, effects are shown below.
