Back in March Microsoft decided that they would put some resources toward creating a way to generate documentation from the xml comments file created during compilation.  It was spurred by a request in the news groups for Microsoft to support some way to generate chm files.  

 

You can download the Sandcastle CTP and read Microsoft's blog dedicated to it.

 

I also stumbled across a project on Code Project to help you create a batch file to support using Sandcastle.
