I released a sample that both filters and highlights the results in a listbox a while back. I got an email from A.V.Ebrahimi about highlighting multiple words when searching. The sample that I had done... was done in about 20 minutes before a presentation to demonstrate another feature in WPF that didn't require GDI to draw embellishments on the control.
